Intern Agent Funding
TruBond Home Loans is offering an exclusive partnership to TLG College learners. TruBond will pay up to 75% of the learners study fees when doing the NQF4 Real Estate Training through TLG College. We have partnered with TLG to give more inter-agents the opportunity to complete the NQF4 Qualification.
The cost of the NQF4 Real Estate Training is R7750,00. The first R1950 is a registration fee which form part of the total cost of the course. This registration fee must be paid directly to TLG College and the funding for the agent will be requested by TLG College from TruBond. TruBond will then settle the balance of the agents account.
Interested agents must first register here and select the TruBond funded option to qualify for this funding. Learner intern agents will in return submit a pre-scribed minimum of Offer to Purchases to TruBond until the prescribed minimum is fulfilled. Hereafter intern agent may earn upfront cash on every deal submitted.
Direct Partnerships
TruBond Home Loans is offering an exclusive partnership to estate agents who would like to earn extra cash on every deal where a bond is required. Our business model gives the agent the opportunity to earn upfront cash for all signed final grant.
Estate agents need to register with TruBond and sign a Service Level Agreement, an account will be created for the agent and the partnership begins. Agents are paid a portion upfront and a portion on registration.
TruBond pays deals up to R7.5 million giving the agent an opportunity to process both residential and commercial property sales. Please request the commission scale when signing up as a partner. TruBond reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions without notice.
